Registration is $275 and includes lunches and dinners each day.  Payment must be made in full at time of registration. Registration is limited to 24 attendees.  Stitchers Hideaway Alum have first crack at registration until November 1 when registration will be open to all.

Registration does not include lodging. You must make lodging arrangements separately.  You are not required to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic (but it’s wonderful!!)

Payment may be made by check or money order in U.S. funds (foreign checks are not acceptable due to excessive processing fees), or you may use PayPal.  Make check or money order payable to “Stitcher's Hideaway.” Complete form, print out and mail with payment to:   Sue Donnelly, 172 Birch Street, Manchester, CT 06040.

Registration Policies:
- Registrations will be processed in order of date and time received.  All registrations MUST include at least one telephone number.
- Confirmations will be sent by email as registrations are received. Please read and sign below or form will be returned to you, delaying your registration.

Cancellation Policy for the 2017 Memories in Mystic Retreat
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted).  A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations. Refunds will be given only after the retreat is held.  Please be aware that there will be no refunds for cancellations that occur after December 1, 2017.  If the retreat is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
