Amy Bruecken, of Amy Bruecken Designs, has been designing for 25 years as well as publishing and teaching needleart.

Her work has been featured in many counted cross stitch magazines and in national and international needlework shops. Her designs have also been published by The DMC Corporation. She teaches and exhibits each year at the Nashville Needlework Market.

With a degree in Graphic Design, Amy's style is usually simplistic with an emphasis on color, texture and pattern.  Her teaching style is casual, leaving stitchers with a smile, a special project, and having tried something new and unique.

Amy lives in Toledo, OH with her husband of 35 years.  They have two wonderful sons and a new daughter-in-law.  She’s a crafter through and through!  Her hobbies include painting, gardening and travel.  She also enjoys laying on her couch!
