Class Kit Pre-Order Form

All Class Kits must be pre-ordered and pre-paid by September 1, 2012. Only Retreat Attendees may order these kits. They will be ready for pickup at the retreat.

The cost for each kit is $90.

Payment must be made by PayPal or personal check prior to September 1, 2012.

PayPal payments: Use Dawn’s email address (Dawn@morninggloryneedleworks.com) and add a comment about what kits you are ordering and provide your name, address, phone, and email address.
