Registration for the 2010 Alumni Winter Escape Retreat is $175 and includes lunch and dinner on both Friday and Saturday.  A $75 deposit is required with your registration. Payment in full must be made by February 1, 2010.

This retreat is designed to provide a weekend to gather and stitch on our own projects, shop, and eat and will not include an instructor or class.

If you prefer to use our PayPal payment option, return to main page of the website for instructions. If you are using Paypal, your completed registration form below must be received within one week of your Paypal transaction in order to retain your seat in the class. Fees for the Alumni Retreat do not include hotel. You must make hotel arrangements separately.

Registration Policies:
- Registrations will be processed in order of date and time received.
- All registrations MUST include at least one telephone number.
- Confirmations will be sent by email as registrations are received.
- Please read and sign below or form will be returned to you, delaying your registration.

Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted).  A refund will be issued only if your space can be filled and the retreat is full, and there will be a $25 processing fee for cancellation -- no exceptions. Please allow approximately three weeks to process cancellation. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for cancellations that occur after February 10, 2010.  If the retreat is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
