Host Hotel

The host hotel is the Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic, located at 6 Hendel Drive in Mystic, CT.  We are so pleased with this location.  The guest rooms are spacious with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in each room, free WiFi, and a free breakfast included.  A limited number of  standard rooms with either a king or two queens have been reserved, along with some very roomy suites.  Our stitching room is great with a lot of natural and indoor light.  There is also a fitness center and pool!

To reserve your room, use the Hampton Inn & Suites On-line Booking link or call
860-536-2536 and request the Stitcher’s Hideaway Group Rate at the time you make your reservation.  The discount rate is good for the following nights:  December 4, 5,6 and 7, 2024.  Reservations must be made by November 6, 2024 to receive the group rate of $99 + tax for a standard room, and $109 + tax for a suite.  If you are registering after November 10th, please contact April Lasare at the Mystic Hampton Inn & Suites directly to ask if there are still rooms available at the Stitcher’s Hideaway rate.  

Hotel check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We do not include hotel costs in the registration fee so that local stitchers can commute to the retreat if desired.
